Central Registration

Translation Option: To translate information on the webpage, please use the translation option found on the top left of our website.

Registration is for students new to Plainville schools. Our registration process is done online and is complete when you've applied to PowerSchool's Enrollment Express, completed the Enrollment forms in your PowerSchool parent portal and all required documents have been submitted and accepted. Welcome to Plainville!

When you're ready to get started, please follow the steps below:

1. Call Central Registration at 860.793.6301, option 3. This allows us to gather information from you and share how the enrollment process works.
2. Apply to school. Once you've called Central Registration, you will receive an email with a link to apply to school as well as the School Enroll Code necessary to submit your application.
3. Upload documents to your device. Have required documents loaded onto your device as they will be needed in the next step.
4. Register for school. Check for an email from powerschool@plainvilleschools.org containing the registration link. Once your initial application has been approved by Central Registration (which can take a couple of days if you apply on the weekend), you will receive an email with instructions to create a new PowerSchool account or add another student to your existing PowerSchool account. Follow the directions in the email to get all of the forms completed under your child's Enrollment tab.
5. Confirmation from Central Registration. You will receive an email or phone call from Central Registration with any outstanding items or confirmation that registration has been completed.
