PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS
All students must present evidence of a physical examination upon enrollment to the district and in grade 6 or 7 and again in grade 9 or grade 10 (C.G.S. 10-204a). If a homeless student, as defined by federal statute, lacks immunization/medical records, the school will enroll the child and refer the parent/guardian to the district’s homeless liaison.
