Delays
In the event of inclement weather, the Plainville Community Schools may delay opening school by 2 hours. The School Messenger automated messaging system is utilized to directly contact parents who have selected this option, in the event of weather-related closings or delays. In addition, area radio and television stations will broadcast appropriate announcements. These announcements will also be accessible on the Internet, on your preferred news organization's website. If school is delayed, all morning transportation will be delayed accordingly. School start times will be as follows:
