
Plainville High School recently hosted the 6th annual Career Day program for students. More than 70 speakers participated in the program including representatives from a variety of career fields such as business, engineering, law enforcement, culinary, medical, the arts and more. Many of the speakers were also alumni of Plainville Community Schools. State Senator Henri Martin and State Representative William Petit also participated in the Career Day program, and Dunkin Donuts sponsored the event.The program was coordinated by Assistant Superintendent of Schools Steven LePage and the high school's Student Success Planning Committee.
