The Learning Commons at Plainville High School was transformed into a lively “Wild West” on April 29 as Plainville Community Schools honored its dedicated volunteers with a western-themed dinner celebration. Guests enjoyed an evening filled with appreciation and fun, including raffle prizes, a delicious meal prepared by the district’s Food and Nutrition Services Department, an ice cream truck, and a hands-on “make your own trail mix” activity. Volunteer Coordinator, Sue Bradley, hosted the annual event and shared a slideshow of volunteers in action and an overview of the powerful impact volunteers make in our school district community.
