The Board provides use of its school facilities for community, public, educational, or other lawful purposes subject to certain restrictions. Any permanent use of school facilities shall be for nonprofit educational or community purposes only, as approved by the Board. Temporary use of school facilities for public, educational or other purposes is permitted while school is not in session, subject to administrative regulations and prior approval by the Superintendent or his/her designee. The temporary use of school facilities for voting purposes is permitted whether or not school is in session. Users of school facilities are expected to comply with all applicable policies and rules of the school system.

The superintendent or his/her designee will determine rental and custodial fees.
