Plainville Community Schools cares about the health and well-being of its employees and recognizes that a variety of personal problems can disrupt their personal and work lives. Although many employees solve their problems either on their own or with the help of family and friends, sometimes employees need professional assistance and advice.

We are pleased to announce that Deer Oaks EAP Services will be your new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider. Your Employee Assistance Program is here to help with a wide-range of well-being services such as:

    • In-the-moment telephonic support & crisis intervention
    • Virtual & in-person counseling
    • Work-Life consultations & referrals: Financial Assist, Legal Assist, ID Theft, Child/Elder care, to name a few
    • Life Coaching
    • Online articles & tools
    • And many more!

A trained counselor is available 24/7, 365 days of the year to help you and your dependents with a variety of services. You can contact your EAP by phone (888-993-7650) or by clicking here and using the username and password: plainvilleboe (use for both username and password) for your member login information.
