We are pleased to announce expanded health services for students and their families through a unique partnership with Wheeler Clinic. A school-based health center at Linden Street School helps students with anxiety, depression, academic and peer challenges, trauma-related issues, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance abuse, and much more. The center also provides connections to other services, including primary and dental care at Wheeler’s Family Health & Wellness Center in Bristol.
No patient will be denied health care services due to an individual’s inability to pay for services, and a sliding fee scale is available based on family size and income. Services are offered on Mondays from 10 am‒4 pm, and by appointment from 8 am‒10 am and 4 pm‒6 pm. After hours coverage is available by calling Wheeler’s Navigation Center at 888.793.3500.
