POLICY FOR THE MINIMUM DUTY-FREE LUNCH PERIOD FOR TEACHERS           

The Plainville Board of Education (the “Board”), in compliance with P.A. 22-80, shall provide a minimum 30-minute uninterrupted lunch period for teachers and other certified staff.
