Proposed new bylaws and suggested amendments to or revision of existing bylaws may be adopted by a majority vote of all members of the board of education. This will usually occur during the second of two regularly scheduled meetings of the board of education not less that four (4) weeks apart in the calls for which meeting the proposed additions, amendments, or revisions shall have been described in writing.
Provision for Amendment
Any bylaws of the board may be amended, replaced or suspended at any regular meeting by a majority vote of the board provided that such proposal shall have been given to the board at the previous meeting provided that such amendment, replacement or suspension does not conflict with state or federal law.
