The flag and authentication certificate.

At the Frank T. Wheeler Elementary School Holiday Sing A Long event on December 20th, Wheeler School renovation project Superintendent Matt Olshefski from O & G Industries, together with Project Manager Mark Sedensky and Project Engineer Robert Vazquez, surprised Wheeler School Principal Andrew Batchelder with a United States flag that was flown over the United States Capitol building on September 3, 2019 (the first day of school this year.) The flag was secured by Middle School of Plainville faculty member Kim Coyne, who arranged through Congresswoman Jahana Hayes  for the flag to be flown over the Capitol. The flag and a certificate were presented to Principal Batchelder in appreciation for all that has been done in the collaborative project for the newly renovated Frank T. Wheeler Elementary School.
