I am pleased to inform you that the long-awaited document, 2010 Guidelines for Identifying Children with Learning Disabilities, has been posted to the Connecticut State Department of Education/Bureau of Special Education’s Web site at: http://www.sde.ct.gov/sde/cwp/view.asp?a=2678&Q=320730#publications. Other features allow for easy navigation through the document. Further information about how to use the hyperlinks and access the information available throughout the Guidelines is provided in the Preface.
