Policy In line with the responsibility of the state to provide a free public school education, the Board of Education will provide all instructional equipment, books and materials needed to maintain the desired instructional program free of charge, subject to reasonable rules concerning their care and use. Students or parents may be charged for damaged or lost school textbooks, library and other materials and equipment.

Copies of Records

Any person who applies in writing will receive a copy of any public record maintained or kept on file by the school system. A fee not to exceed the maximum per page allowed by law shall be established by the business office.
