Bill Petit opened the floor to citizen comments.

George Fensick, 2 Pinecrest Dr. - He feels that one of the reasons the previous referendum failed was because it was too costly. He feels more people will vote in favor of a plan if the price is lower.

Rick Oja updated the committee on the ED049r. The project must go to referendum before June 30, 2003.

Fletcher Thompson presented the committee with an update on waivers. Fletcher Thompson reviewed the design concept with the committee. With the reductions made to the program and the available waivers, the project will have 3,000 feet of space that is not reimbursable.

The committee discussed reimbursment guidelines and will look into private funding for areas that are not reimbursable by the state.

Fletcher Thompson discussed the Timeline for Linden Referendum with the committee.

The Steering Committee and Building Committee discussed the Linden St. School project. The committees will have a joint meeting in January.

Requests for Proposals were discussed.

RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO INITIATE RFP's THROUGH ALAN SCHUTZ. TOM WAZORKO SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

Rick Oja discussed the Long Range Plan with the committee. The committee will share the Long Range Plan with the Town Council.

The Committee discussed publicity. Tom Wazorko, Kate Lawson, Kathy Veronesi and Jay Steeves will meet as a subcommittee to discuss communications.

Bill Petit opened the floor for citizen comments. There were no comments.

RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN. TOM WAZORKO SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY AT 8:40 PM.
