Attendees: Kate, Lawson, Gail Millerick, Ron Pavano, Bill Petit, Jay Steeves, Tom Wazorko, Barbara Willard, Kathy Binkowski, ex officio, Suzanne Greenbacker, ex officio, Kathy Veronesi, ex officio.

Also Present: Jim Boudin, Ted Merritt, Rick Oja

Absent: Robert Ciotto, Rich Ireland, Jack Mastrianni, Becky Tyrrell

Bill Petit opened the floor for citizen comments. There were no comments.

Fletcher-Thompson discussed facility needs with the Committee. Ted Merritt gave an overview of the presentation. Jim Boudin showed the group photographs of school renovations and discussed renovating Linden St. School and the High School with the Committee. Rick Oja presented the Committee with a preliminary project schedule. Jim Boudin also discussed guidelines for determining like new renovation with the committee. The committee discussed ED-049 with Fletcher-Thompson. The current ED-049 will expire July 1, 2003. The superintendent will write to the State Department of Education to see if the current ED-049 can be modified for a renovation plan.

Ron Pavano made a motion to pass all past information regarding the Linden Street School Project to Fletcher-Thompson for discussion at the next meeting. Kate Lawson seconded the motion. A discussion followed. The motion passed unanimously.

Tom Wazorko made a motion to have Fletcher-Thompson prepare a long range plan for the district and study of the high school for $5,000. Gail Millerick seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
