• In the cafeteria, they have completed the ceiling work and are in the process of hanging the lights.
• In the serving area, all the kitchen equipment is installed.
• On the exterior of the building, on south side of the Kindergarten wing, the sidewalks are almost completed. The concrete pavers have been installed in the courtyard and the fine grating will be done on August 10th.
• The bus canopy is near completion and half of the sidewalks on the north side have been installed.

Mike Midgette is very pleased with the progress of the contractors. They are doing a wonderful job.

Tom Castello from Downes Construction gave an update on the Gym and Cafeteria concrete floor. The moisture in the floor is an issue. The moisture levels are much too high. Testing was done last weekend and results were sent to Downes Construction. Bill Mead from JCJ will meet with his staff at JCJ to get their input. He will then meet with Mike Midgette with his findings.
