Absent: George Iskra, Ken Prigodich, Rodney Wolfel
Also Present: Suzanne Greenbacker, Kathy Binkowski

Ron Pavano called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

The commissioning subcommittee will open the RFP on January 14 at 2:00 p.m. in the Business Office. The Technology/ Security Subcommittee will meet again on this date.

The committee reviewed plans with JCJ and discussed the 1970's roof, which we may want to replace down the line.

The architect will call Alan Schutz regarding the BOE bid policy for printing.

The committee reviewed bills due. Becky Tyrrell moved to approve bills at $333,963.13. Steve Martino seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
