Ken Prigodich called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

The CM subcommittee recommended that the Linden Building Committee meet on September 10th and September 11th in room 400 of the high school to interview the four finalists for CM. They recommended meeting with Gilbane on September 10 from 6-7:30 p.m. and Newfield from 8:00-9:30pm. They also recommended meeting on September 11 with Conover from 6-7:30 and Downes from 8:00-9:30 pm.

STEPHEN MARTINO MADE A MOTION TO ACCEPT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CM SUBCOMMITTEE. MEL MASSE SEONDED THE MOTION. Discussion followed. MOTION PASSED 6-0.

Ken Prigodich gave the committee an update on the contract with Jeter Cook and Jepson. At the previous meeting, the contract was approved by the committee contingent upon the town attorney's approval. Ken Prigodich told the committee that the town attorney reviewed and approved the contract. Ken Prigodich and Dave Jepson signed the contract during the meeting.

Barbara Willard joined the meeting at 6:50 p.m.

Jamie Cali of Jeter Cook and Jepson reviewed the schematic drawings with the committee. The new drawings reflected changes made after meeting with Principal Suzanne Greenbacker. The committee discussed changes made to the schematics. Jeter Cook and Jepson will meet with Suzanne Greenbacker and Kathy Binkowski to review the current schematics and will also arrange to meet with staff for further suggestions.

RODNEY WOLFEL MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN. RON PAVANO SECONDED THE MOTION. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
