Also Present: Alan Schutz, Jeter Cook & Jepson: Bill Mead, David Jepson

Meeting was called to order by Ken Prigodich at 6:35 p.m.

Ken Prigodich updated the committee on contract negotiations with Jeter Cook and Jepson. The contract will be reviewed at the next meeting on August 14.

Alan Schutz presented the committee with a draft of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The committee reviewed and revised the RFQ.

George Iskra joined the meeting at 6:55 p.m.

RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO ACCEPT THE RFQ AS SUBMITTED BY ALAN SCHUTZ WITH THE REVISIONS. MEL MASSE SECONDED THE MOTION. Discussion followed. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

Alan Schutz will have a legal notice about the RFQ published in the local papers. He will contact committee members by email when RFQ's are available for review. Mel Masses will provide an optional tour of Linden Street School for those submitting RFQ's on August 14, 2003 at 10:00 a.m.

The committee will review RFQ's at the August 28 meeting. The RFQ subcommittee will also make its recommendations to the committee at the meeting.

BECKY TYRRELL MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN. MEL MASSE SECONDED
THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
