Absent: Ray Carroll, Barbara Willard

Also Present: Jeter Cook & Jepson: Bill Mead, David Jepson, Jamie Cali

Meeting was called to order by Ken Prigodich at 6:35 p.m.

The committee discussed the Jeter Cook and Jepson negotiations.

Jeter Cook and Jepson reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of a General Contractor (GC) and Construction Management (CM) with the committee.

JAY STEEVES MADE A MOTION TO VOTE ON WHETHER THE COMMITTEE SHOULD GO WITH GC OR CM. JAY STEEVES WITHDREW THE MOTION.

RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO USE A CM. GEORGE ISKRA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION PASSED 7-1. RODNEY WOLFEL WAS OPPOSED.

George Iskra and Rodney Wolfel will form a subcommittee to work with Jeter Cook and Jepson to write an RFP for a CM.

RODNEY WOLFEL MADE A MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION. THE MOTION WAS WITHDRAWN.

RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN. RON PAVANO WITHDREW THE MOTION.

RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS. BECKY TYRRELL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

The Committee went into executive session at 7:45 p.m. to discuss contract negotiations.

BECKY TYRRELL MADE A MOTION TO GO INTO PUBLIC SESSION. RON PAVANO SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. The committee went into public session at 8:20 p.m.

The committee will have its next meeting on July 24, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 118 of the High School.

BECKY TYRRELL MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN. RON PAVANO SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
