Also Present: Suzanne Greenbacker, William Petit, Kathy Binkowski, Jeter Cook & Jepson: Bill Mead, Scott Celella

Meeting was called to order by Ken Prigodich at 6:35 p.m.

The committee discussed the referendum and conducting a follow-up survey. A follow-up survey would be the responsibility of the Steering Committee.

RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO HAVE KEN PRIGODICH BEGIN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE ARCHITECT. MEL MASSE SECONDED THE MOTION. Discussion followed. THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

Bill Mead of Jeter, Cook & Jepson (JCJ) discussed the differences between Contract Management (CM) and General Contractor (GC) with the committee. Mr. Mead discussed the pros and cons for CM and GC. Scott Celella of JCJ also discussed costs, bidding procedures, prequalification, and fast tracking with the committee. The committee discussed the two options.

The committee discussed possible candidates to fill the vacancy on the committee.

The next meeting will be held on July 10th. Summer meetings will be held at the high school.

BECKY TYRRELL MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN. BARBARA WILLARD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
