Attendees: Ray Carroll, George Iskra, Mel Masse, Jack Mastrianni, Ron Pavano, Ken Prigodich, Jay Steeves, Becky Tyrrell, Barbara Willard, Rodney Wolfel

Meeting was called to order by Ken Prigodich at 6:35 p.m.

Ken Prigodich discussed the timeline for bringing the Linden project to referendum. The committee will meet with the Town Council on April 7.

David Jepson discussed proposed changes in the plan for cost reductions. The committee discussed the impact of the proposals on the program. The committee agreed that none of the proposed changes would be implemented.

Mr. Jepson reviewed the estimated cash flow schedule with the committee. He also presented the committee with an outline for talking points and samples of brochures that have been used in previous referendums.

Mr. Jepson discussed elevator options with the committee. The committee agreed in consensus to keep the elevator in the new addition as originally proposed.

Mr. Jepson discussed options for the gym with the committee. RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO USE THE NEW PLAN FOR THE GYM. RAY CARROLL SECONDED THE MOTION. Mel Masse left the meeting. THE MOTION PASSED 8-0. Mel Masse returned to the meeting and the committee discussed the size of the gym. The committee asked that a proposal for a full size gym be presented at the next meeting.

David Jepson told the committee that the State Elections Committee was unable to attend the meeting. He invited them to attend a meeting with the State Elections Committee at the office of Jeter, Cook & Jepson on March 25. Ken Prigodich extended this invitation to the Communications Subcommittee.

The committee discussed communications. The Communications Subcommittee will meet on March 18, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. Liaisons from the Linden St. School Building Committee are Barbara Willard, Becky Tyrrell, Jack Mastrianni, Ken Prigodich and Ron Pavano.

The next Building Committee meeting will be March 27, 2003. Jeter Cook and Jepson will present the new gym option.

RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN. RAY CARROLL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
