Meeting was called to order by Ken Prigodich at 6:35 p.m.

RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT WITH JETER, COOK & JEPSON AS PRESENTED. MEL MASSE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

During the meeting there was discussion about the timing of a referendum. Jeter will schedule staff and prepare a time line for the February 13 meeting.

RON PAVANO MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN. RAY CARROLL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
