Susan Bradley has been named Volunteer Coordinator for Plainville Community Schools.
Bradley was formerly a paraprofessional at Louis Toffolon Elementary School. Prior to that, she held several positions in the field of broadcast and media. In addition, she has served as a school district volunteer in a variety of capacities, earning the Plainville Community Schools Volunteer of the Year Award in 2009, and has an active role in several local volunteer based initiatives in the community. She holds a bachelor of science degree from San Francisco State University and a certificate from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
"I am delighted to appoint Sue Bradley as Volunteer Coordinator. I expect that she will move the volunteer program to even greater levels as she takes on this leadership role," said Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Kathleen Binkowski. Bradley will begin in the role of Volunteer Coordinator on July 1, 2011.
